Learning to Love St. Olaf
because it smells like cookies
because the windmill sweeps across the sky
because we are sustainable
because wide open spaces are better than crowded buldings
because community is more than a cliche
because you can do anything
or be anything
in the autumn leaves
because you can see the stars at night
because you have worked for this
because you do not yet know who you are
because you not alone
because to start over is to discover
because that was always the point
because it is too late to be cautious
so you throw yourself into the wind
because that is all you can do
