Skype me IN!

Hm, so tomorrow I will try to Skype into class with a little help from either Beth, Marissa, or Zoey.  RACE RACE RACE!  (and not in the way we've been talking about in AmCon.)  I'm feeling a little awkward about it...the whole, "I am a floating head on a computer screen, ooh everybody look at the weird floating head"  thing could be a little weird at first.  But it was my idea, so I only have myself to blame.  Hoping to get back into the AmCon action, somewhere between first and second-hand.  I have also heard through the grapevine (and class emails)  that we are discussing the differences between Ragtime the novel, and the film based off of the novel.  However, I have not yet had the chance to get ahold of the movie.  My library doesn't have a copy and the only copy at the nearest library is on hold.  Woohoo!  Lovely how that works sometimes.  Once the library catalogue told me that a movie was available, and I spent 30 minutes searching, in vain, for it before the librarian realized it was somewhere amongst the return DVDs and couldn't be found until the next day.  But I digress.   In any case, I can at least listen tomorrow, get a feel for the awkward, get over the awkward, and plan out my movie-finding strategy.  Until Tomorrow.
